Tsarev Brod, Pet Nat 2023

Tsarev Brod are a very funky, modern winery based in the Black Sea Coast region of Bulgaria. They've garnered a reputation for doing things a bit differently, and making awesome small-batch, big-impact wines - something we're all about at Vinebud. Pet Nat 2023 is made from 100% Riesling; that zingy, zesty and full-of-life grape we love. It being a Pet-Nat, this sparkling wine has only been fermented once, so it's super dry and nicely aromatic. It bursts with notes of apple, lemon zest and vanilla and is the perfect wine to enjoy as an aperitif or paired with your next cheeseboard.
